Essential Oils for Worry
We have a lot to worry about, children, jobs, day to day schedules. We rush around trying to fix everything in one day :). Nagging worrying thoughts have to potential to lead to anxiety, stress and nervousness and it seems like once they get started they are hard to stop! Reach for Ylang Ylang Essential Oil the next time those thoughts start jumping and remember to breathe.
Ylang Ylang (pronounced somewhat like E-Long, E-Long) is a deeply relaxing essential oil. It is almost a staple in perfumery with it's heavy floral and sweet aroma. It is considered a middle/base note so it blends well with Bergamot, Sandalwood, Verbena and of course Lavender.
3 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
2 drops Lavender, Sweet Orange or Verbena
2 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
Add Essential oils to a cotton ball and place in an inhaler or an old lipstick container. Sniff as needed.
